THE CHALLENGE.

Being efficient in the early stages of a project was fast becoming more key in hunting the senior-most talent. But manual tasks meant that team members were spending more time in areas that didn’t utilise their skills to their best potential. Speed and efficiency in identifying talent was key to the business and client alike, with effective resource management being a necessary requirement of this in order to support the growth of the business.

Armstrong Craven wanted a better way to improve the delivery of engagements with clients. The aim was to centralize all business processes on Salesforce.

OUR SOLUTION.

Armstrong Craven have been using Precursive for 3 years to help streamline project processes and predict when they will have revenue gaps as well as automate admin tasks. Program managers have become more self aware in planning projects for better financial outcomes
