As a result we reviewed the additional packages they offer individually to customers during or post delivery and started bringing that to the forefront of the organisation in parallel with our own internal offerings. This means that as we look at a solution that needs to be delivered we’re resource agnostic, we’re identifying the optimum route for delivery regardless of who delivers it.
